The Community Schemes Ombud Service, or CSOS, was established in terms of the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act, 2011 (Act No 9 of 2011) to regulate the conduct of parties within community schemes and to create an affordable dispute resolution mechanism for those residing within sectional title schemes and home owners associations. - Submit your form via email to your closest CSOS branch – noted below and on the form itself:
